CHARACTERISTICS
A round dance of papaya and hay flowers, clover blossoms and apricot jelly envelops the nose, invigorating acidity, nuances of ripe yellow pear and hints of liquid meadow blossom honey and waving ears of corn bring summer back to life; a fine citrus bow and ring cloves on the finish.
VINIFICATION
Fermented and stored in steel tanks.
Drinking temperature: 10-12°
