CHARACTERISTICS
Very light brick red; a round dance of hibiscus, light cherry fruit and rosehip, with a hint of nougat in the background
; supple mouthfeel, smooth and harmonious with very fine tart
notes and red-blooded nuances, acidity and sweetness combined in a great melting texture.
VINIFICATION
Fermented and aged in steel tanks. Drinking temperature: 10-12°
