CHARACTERISTICS
Enormously nutmeggy and salty-fresh, tomato panicle, mint, ethereal notes; lively and at the same time wrapped in engaging sweetness, nectar-like fruit, very soft, lots of extract and fruit sweetness accompanied by a good acid kick.
VINIFICATION
Fermented and stored in steel tanks.
Drinking temperature: 10-12°
